What is Coco Peat?
A Natural Growing Revolution
Coco peat, also known as coir pith or coir dust, is made from coconut husks — a by-product of coconut industries. It primarily consists of coir fiber pith obtained by processing coconut husk and removing the long fibre.
The resulting coco peat can hold large quantities of water like a sponge. It serves as a remarkable replacement for traditional peat or soil mixtures. It is an excellent substrate for plant cultivation.

From Husk to Product
Manufacturing Process
Raw Material
Coco peat obtained as by-product from coir fibre, sourced free from seeds and foreign material.
Washing
Vigorous washing process to reduce EC level — a cold-water wash used as a first wash.
Drying
Washed material dried in open yards under sunlight to achieve the required moisture level.
Screening
Sieving using crush blade sieves to remove fine and foreign particles from the material.
Testing
Each sample tested in laboratory to ensure top buyer requirements are satisfied.
Baling & Export
Block press produces 100–150 bales/hour in 5kg, 650g & 50litre bales for export.
